BotVeteran is a program of Big Hangry Media LLC ("we," "us"), 121 Rue De Yoe, Modesto, CA 95354. This policy explains what we collect on botveteran.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you give us: your first name, email address and phone number when you sign up for a workshop, buy a course or class, or contact us.
• Your text-message choice: whether you checked the box to get workshop reminders by text.
• Purchase details: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site data: pages visited, browser type and similar information from cookies and analytics, used to keep the site working and see what's useful.

How we use it

• To register you for the workshop and send your confirmation, reminders, Zoom link and replay.
• To deliver what you bought, including class access, recordings and course materials.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds.
• To send occasional emails about BotVeteran programs. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Text messages

If you opt in, we text you about the workshop you signed up for: up to 4 messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text opt-in with anyone for their marketing.

Who helps us run things

We use trusted service providers who handle your information only to do work for us: HighLevel/LeadConnector (email, texts and sign-ups), Stripe (payments), Zoom (live sessions), and our website host. We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep it as long as you're a subscriber or customer and as needed for records, taxes or legal reasons. Then we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, text STOP to end texts, or email us to see, correct or delete your information. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.

Children

botveteran.com is for adults running a business. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
