Terms of Use and Purchase

These terms cover botveteran.com and the BotVeteran workshop, 5-Bot Course, Founding Class and done-for-you services, offered by Big Hangry Media LLC, 121 Rue De Yoe, Modesto, CA 95354. By using the site or buying, you agree to them.

What you're getting

• Free workshop: a live online session, with a replay for registrants.
• 5-Bot Course ($297, one-time): self-paced lessons for building 5 bots.
• Founding Class ($497): six live weekly sessions on the posted dates, with recordings and the full course included. 15 seats.
• Done-for-you setup, care and hosting: described on the Crew Setup page and in a written agreement before any work starts.

Dates, times and prices are as shown on the site when you buy. If we ever have to move a live session, we'll tell you in advance and the recording stays available.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly services bill monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date.

Refunds

• 5-Bot Course: full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you've completed no more than two modules.
• Founding Class: refunds are allowed before week 2.
• To ask for a refund, reply to your purchase email or write to ed@bighangrymedia.com.

Your bots, your responsibility

BotVeteran teaches you to build AI helpers that draft work for you to review. You approve everything before it's sent or posted, and you're responsible for what you publish and send, including following the laws that apply to your business (for example advertising, privacy, billing and text-message rules). AI tools can make mistakes. Always review drafts.

Other tools and costs

Bots run on third-party tools, such as HighLevel and AI services, that have their own terms and fees. Those costs aren't included unless the offer says so.

No guaranteed results

We teach methods that work for us. We don't promise any specific income, leads, time saved or business results.

Our content

Course videos, worksheets, prompts and templates are for your own business use. Please don't resell or publicly share them.

Live sessions

Sessions may be recorded. Please be respectful. We can remove anyone who disrupts a session.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in Stanislaus County, California.
